Outline Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu Airport (1,350m / 4,429ft) & Transfer to Hotel
Day 2: Drive/Flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara (820m / 2,690ft) - 6 hrs.
Day 3: Drive to Samrung Khola & Trek to Upper Sinuwa (2,360m / 7,742ft) - 3 hrs + 5 hrs.
Day 4: Trek from Upper Sinuwa to Himalaya/Deurali (2,920m / 3,230m) - 6 hrs.
Day 5: Trek from Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m / 13,546ft) - 5 -6 hrs.
Day 6: Sunrise at Annapurna Base Camp & Descend to Dovan/Bamboo (2,600m / 2,310m) - 5 -6 hrs.
Day 7: Trek from Bamboo to Chhomrong/Jhinu (2,170m / 1,780m) - 5 -6 hrs.
Day 8: Trek to Samrung Khola & Drive to Pokhara (820m / 2,690ft) - 3 hrs.
Day 9: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (1,400m / 4,593ft) - 6 hrs.

What's include?

Accommodation: 2 nights each in Kathmandu and Pokhara at standard 3-star hotels (twin-sharing), plus 5 nights in clean trekking lodges/teahouses.
Transportation: Round-trip luxury tourist bus between Kathmandu and Pokhara, private transfers to/from the trek starting and ending points, and necessary ground transportation
Meals: Breakfast at the hotels in Kathmandu and Pokhara, plus breakfast, lunch, and dinner with tea, coffee, or seasonal juice during the trek.
Guide & Porter: Experienced, licensed trekking guide and one porter for every two trekkers, including staff wages, allowances, and insurance.
Trekking Permits: Required trekking permits, including the TIMS card and Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP).
Complimentary Equipment: Duffel bag, sleeping bag, and trekking poles (to be returned after the trek).
Additional Services: Private bus station/hotel transfers, basic first-aid kit, emergency rescue coordination, and applicable taxes and service charges.

What's exclude?

Personal Expenses: Snacks, alcoholic and bottled drinks, laundry, and other personal purchases.
Personal Trekking Gear: Clothing, footwear, personal equipment, and toiletries.
Travel Insurance: Mandatory insurance covering high-altitude trekking, medical emergencies, and helicopter evacuation.
Nepal Entry Visa: Visa fees are not included. Tourist visas are generally available on arrival at Kathmandu airport (USD 50 for 30 days or USD 125 for 90 days).
Extra Hotel Nights: Additional accommodation in Kathmandu or Pokhara is available on request at approximately USD 30–40 per room, per night (standard 3-star hotel).
Optional Services: Additional assistant guide, personal porter, extra porters, horse rental, or other services requested.
Emergency & Unforeseen Costs: Helicopter evacuation, medical treatment, and additional expenses resulting from bad weather, natural disasters, strikes, delays, or itinerary changes.
